Work With Me

I work with educators, institutions, libraries, nonprofits, and values-aligned organizations to turn thoughtful ideas into practical, humane forms of learning and change.

My work brings together open education, curriculum and learning design, faculty development, relational leadership, and institutional change. I’m especially drawn to projects that are still taking shape and need someone who can see the larger system, clarify the path forward, and help translate values into practice.

Ways We Can Work Together

Advisory & Fractional Expertise

I provide strategic guidance, thought partnership, and fractional support for organizations developing programs, partnerships, learning initiatives, or approaches to open and relational practice.

Research & Collaboration

I welcome opportunities to collaborate on research, grants, publications, reports, convenings, and interdisciplinary projects related to openness, learning, care, leadership, community, and change.

Curriculum & Learning Design

I design and revise curricula, courses, learning modules, professional development, toolkits, facilitator guides, activities, and assessments. My approach is accessible, learner-centered, and grounded in the real contexts in which people will use the work.

Speaking & Writing

You can also invite me to speak, facilitate, write, or contribute to a publication or curriculum project.

The Open Practice Academy

For larger learning initiatives, faculty development, communities of practice, workshops, and institutional partnerships, I work through The Open Practice Academy.

TOPA supports educators, libraries, nonprofits, and institutions in building more open, relational, and humane approaches to learning and change. Its work includes professional learning, curriculum and program development, open education strategy, and collaborative institutional support.

You don’t need to arrive with a fully formed scope. Sometimes the first useful step is simply naming the problem, possibility, or question you’re working with.
